COAST GUARD LIFEGUARDS SAVE 20 LIVES IN SEPTEMBER 2025
The Sri Lanka Coast Guard has been providing the service of saving lives for more than a decade by manning 16 lifesaving posts located at some of the most popular beaches around the country.
During the month of September 2025 along, the professional life savers of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard have rescued 20 personnel while bathing on beaches around the island,including five of foreign nationals.
2025 සැප්තැම්බර් මාසයේදී වෙරළාරක්ෂක ජීවිතාරක්ෂකයින් ජීවිත 20 ක් බේරා ගනී.
ශ්රී ලංකා වෙරළාරක්ෂක බලකාය දශකයකට වැඩි කාලයක් තිස්සේ රට පුරා වඩාත් ජනප්රිය වෙරළ තීරයන්හි පිහිටි ජීවිතාරක්ෂක ස්ථාන 16 ක් මෙහෙයවමින් ජීවිත බේරා ගැනීමේ සමාජ සේවාව සපයමින් සිටී.
2025 සැප්තැම්බර් මාසය තුළ, ශ්රී ලංකා වෙරළාරක්ෂක බලකාය දිවයින පුරා වෙරළ තීරයන්හි දිය නෑමට ගිය පුද්ගලයින්ගෙන් වටිනා මිනිස් ජීවිත 20 ක් බේරා ගත් අතර, ඉන් පහක් විදේශීය ජාතිකයන් විය.
