Lieutenant Commander (ASW) Salinda Malawisooriya assumed duties as the 6th Commanding Officer of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard Ship Samudraraksha on 12th November 2022, which is one of two oil spill capable ships of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard.
